Planning

Optimisation of lifecycle costs

With an expected useful life of 40 years, the ratio of investment to operating costs is 20 to 80 percent. The operating costs therefore represent the control lever for economic planning. Things that are not taken into account during the planning stage of a building are difficult to correct later on. By implementing planning and conception focusing on sustainability, we are able to come up with solutions which are characterised by long-term low operating and maintenance costs.

Even if a customer only uses a property for a short period, we offer concepts for efficient surface usage with a productive working environment. In this way we are able to offer the ratio of investment costs to operating costs required by the customer.

Coordination of all planning tasks

We operate as a total contractor and not simply construct your building but also become involved in planning from the outset. The planning is combined if required with heating, cooling and energy provisions concepts. We coordinate and communicate with the authorities, local residents and all subsidiary service providers. We naturally also work in cooperation with architects.

As a total contractor we also deal with advertising to the skilled craftsmen involved and guarantee transparency and cost adherence of prices. This guarantees minimum organisational expenditure and time saving on your part. We are able to guarantee quality and cost awareness through our long-term partnership-based cooperation with established businesses.
