Living sustainability: understanding customers

With us the customer is king. To ensure that his requirements are met, we have learned to listen. At Rhomberg it is not simply a matter of fulfilling the targets set by our customers, it is also about reading between the lines.  Discussions sometimes reveal subconscious worries relating to the future of accommodation, operating costs or social aspects of buildings. This enables us to show the customer a more versatile scenario in his own overall lifecycle, together with that of the project.  In turn we can then offer clearer options to help in decision making.
