Development and structure:
The structure of the Rhomberg Academy is organised in such a way that the modules offered can be divided into three areas:
- Technical area: subject-specific module
- Personal area: module on the further development of the personality
- System area: module on Rhomberg systems and quality management tools
The lecturers include external individuals with scientific and practical backgrounds as well as internal employees with the corresponding specialist knowledge.
